We completed a beautiful rear extension for our customer in Langdon Hills. This included new bi-folds and roof lantern, supplied and fitted. Our team also built a front single storey extension and converted our customers garage. The end result was a beautiful open plan lounge and contemporary new kitchen which was fully fitted by our team.

House Build
Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex
Our client in Westcliff, Essex, wanted to build a larger house on the plot of land he had recently acquired (with the prospect of selling up once built). The land was originally occupied by a typical 1930s bungalow, nestled in between some much larger two story properties, so planning permission was quickly granted. The whole project took just under 8 months to complete, and the newly built house was sold within 2 months.

Our customer in Horchurch, Essex was lacking space in the property. We were instructed to build a large extension to the rear of the property. As you can see from the pictures below we supplied and fitted new bi-fold doors which let in so much more light and opened up the rear of the property.

Our client in Eastwood, Essex had a very dated conservatory at the rear of their property. The team removed the old conservatory and built a large rear extension with french doors and 2 velux windows making the room really spacious and bright.
Once the extension was completed and plastered we fully fitted our customers new open plan kitchen.

Our client in Leigh-on-Sea needed that extra space for their growing family. They had a spacious loft extension with two large dormers to the rear of the property. The team fully refurbished the flat creating 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms.

Hockley
Our client in Hockley, Essex wanted to make their kitchen bigger and decided to fill the space at the back of the house with a new extension. They opted for a pitched roof rather than the normal flat top for more impact and to add more interest to the inside. It allowed for a double height ceiling with velux windows for added natural light.
